HADORA
We build permanent and temporary cultures — places where life comes close to its essence: connected to yourself and to others, finding extraordinary joy in ordinary moments.

Walk through them →Life today
Life today is well organised — and strangely thin.
Work in one place, friends in another, meaning somewhere else. Everything is scheduled; little is truly shared. The world is full of places built to entertain us, make us more productive — or promise to transform us. Almost none are built for living well, together.
What HADORA does
So we design the conditions.
HADORA builds real places and temporary cultures — where the space, daily life and the energy around you set you free: free to connect with yourself, and through that with others. We don't escape everyday life into retreats, festivals or conferences. We walk straight into it — so it comes home with you.
Our 2027 portfolio
Four cultures where those conditions become everyday life.
One permanent home, two temporary cultures and one long-form community — across Europe and North America. Each one answers the same question in its own place, with its own people: open days, shared meals, real work — and room for what simply happens.
Each already has its place, its partner and its people. What they need is the capital to be built — and the time and focus that takes.
What happens when an experience stops being produced and starts becoming alive?
What it is
The world builds events to attend. HADORA builds cultures to live.
HADORA gathers people in real places, in a rhythm that ignites freedom, aliveness and expression. Nobody is booked, nobody is told what to do — we live, relate, create and celebrate in the moment, together. Not a festival, not a retreat, not a members' club: a way of living, built with care.
01Design the conditions, not the person.
We do not try to change anyone. We shape what surrounds people — the place, the rhythm of the day, the food, the work, the silence and the celebration. When these conditions are right, connection, creativity and belonging happen on their own — faster than any instruction could manage.
02Everything begins as a gift.
Nobody is hired for a slot and nobody is asked to perform. Once everyone has gathered, we ask one question: what would you like to give? One person offers a holistic medicine workshop, another cooks five dishes across the days, another plays an eight-hour ambient set, another holds the morning yoga. It begins as giving from the heart — never as a transaction.
03Everything comes from someone you live with.
Whatever is offered — music, a morning practice, a soundbath, a cooked meal — it comes from someone you have spent these days with: eating, walking, working, laughing. You are not consuming what a stranger was paid to provide; you are receiving what a friend wanted to give. Every moment is lived, not attended.
04The days find their own timing.
There is a rough intention — yoga on Thursday morning — but no clock attached. The exact moment is agreed together, the day before, by the people who are actually there. And when Wednesday carries everyone somewhere unexpected, yoga simply moves to Friday. Nothing is forced — the rhythm stays alive.
What it holds together
When was the last time you felt completely present without needing anything to happen?
Not highlights. The texture of days spent well, in company.
None of it ends when it ends. It goes home with the people who lived it — in senses, stories and changed attention.
How it is built
Built through coalitions, not ownership.
- Usually a friend’s place — we step into a home and a life, not a venue.
- They bring local knowledge, infrastructure and trust. HADORA brings the architecture.
- No marketing, no tickets. The invitation travels through friends and family.
- A circle opens it, a circle closes it — in between, the days flow, no fixed times.
- It feels like home — just more alive.

What if temporary cultures were not escapes from society, but prototypes for its future?
What if the real measure of an extraordinary experience is how ordinary life feels afterwards?
Already lived
Eight experiences where ordinary life felt extraordinary.
Since 2023 we have built eight of them. Not the next extraordinary, spectacular thing — experiences where people felt whole in ordinary moments: sharing a meal, a real conversation, watching a sunset in true presence, a hug for the sake of a hug. People left in awe of how much meaning ordinary life can hold — and each one taught us something.
Home is not possession. It is relationship.
The culture is temporary. Its memory is not.
Ordinary moments become extraordinary through the attention brought to them.
What if the most meaningful part of an experience was never on the schedule?

Four cultures, built for what cannot be scheduled.
One permanent home, two temporary cultures and one long-form community — across Europe and North America. Each one answers the same question in its own place, with its own people: open days, shared meals, real work — and room for what simply happens.
The way in
There is no ticket. There is a conversation.
The invitation travels through people — a friend brings a friend, and the circle grows by trust rather than by reach. If it has not reached you yet, this is where it can start.
The invitation
Four cultures are ready. Help us build them.
Places secured. Partners committed. Communities waiting. What is missing is the capital to build them — and the time and focus that takes.
